Let’s Spring forward into a nutritious growing season as a loving community of hope for the future! At Love & Sunshine farm we focus on providing a refreshing connection from farm to table where food is so much more than it’s nutritional components. It’s an opportunity to connect with nature, to breathe in the vitality of our planet, and rekindle our love for connectivity and community.

Outside of the Asheboro Farmers Market (located across from The Table in downtown Asheboro) , there are two options for getting your local, organic produce from our farm: CSA memberships and/or our Produce Boxes either delivered or from a local pickup location.

Produce Boxes are available in small, medium, and large sizes for families of 1-6 people. Boxes can be delivered or picked up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Our boxes are filled with the first of the weekly harvests before the rest is packed and prepped for the Farmers Market. Boxes are filled based on availability and harvest quantities as they change and fluctuate throughout the growing season. Feedback surveys can be found in your weekly box to help us give you a more personalized experience as you get to know us and we get to know you and your needs better! We strive to avoid any and all waste on our farm, so all of our boxes are reclaimed and reused to extend their life before going into the recycling system. We ask that we continue this practice with wonderful customers like you by returning and swapping out your old box with the new one each pick up and delivery. Seasonal produce options are shown as well as how much of each product equals one “unit”. The bigger the box, the more “units” of produce will be added based on availability and quality of harvests throughout the 2021 growing season from April - October.

Our CSA membership options come in two levels of membership - 10 and 20 weeks. The ten weeks can be either straight through or on an every other week basis. Love and Sunshine Farm offers a unique CSA experience outside of the traditional CSA model of many local farms. For a more personalized and customized approach, our CSA members get first pick from the harvest in a full market style layout. With payment for the full season out of the way prior to harvests, all produce is simply marked with the quantity that would equal one full share. Members sign in, grab a basket, and peruse the CSA members only market to pick out the produce they would like for the week. With 12 full shares you can load up on your favorite veggies while enjoying the connectivity and conversation of both myself and other members of the community!
